For decades, Roe v. Wade prevented states from doing anything to stop the horrors of abortion.
In 1973, the Supreme Court pulled a nonexistent “Constitutional right” out of thin air, saying that a right to an abortion could be found somewhere in the “penumbras” of the Constitution.
It was total garbage. The Constitution doesn’t say a word about abortion. The Constitution protects the rights to free speech, firearm ownership, freedom from government surveillance, and due process.
Nowhere in the Constitution does it say that killing an unborn child is some kind of unalienable God-given right.
Finally, after nearly 50 years, the Supreme Court ruled that Roe v. Wade was a nonsense decision that should be thrown out completely.
Now the states will have the right to make their own laws about abortion, just like they do with murder and other violent crimes.
