This is the last person anyone ever expected to support Joe Biden.
But he betrayed his party and teamed up with the other side.

The last thing any Republican should be doing is helping Joe Biden get re-elected.
This is especially true if someone holds an extremely powerful position like being the governor of a swing state.
Republican Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine has appeared with Trump at rallies and endorsed conservative candidates in the past, but it seems he’s committed to helping Joe Biden for the time being.
Biden is in danger of not getting on the ballot in Ohio, due to complications with the rules.
While that represents a tremendous opportunity for Republicans, DeWine is throwing that out the window by calling a special session of the legislature to put Biden on the ballot.
According to the Associated Press, “Ohio’s Republican Gov. Mike DeWine said Thursday that he is calling a rare special session of the General Assembly next week to pass legislation ensuring that President Joe Biden is on the state’s 2024 ballot.”
“The Democratic National Convention, where Biden is to be formally nominated, falls after Ohio’s ballot deadline of Aug. 7. The convention will be held Aug. 19-22 in Chicago.”
“Since Ohio changed its certification deadline from 60 to 90 days ahead of the general election, state lawmakers have had to adjust the requirement twice, in 2012 and 2020, to accommodate candidates of both parties. Each change was only temporary.”
Failing to schedule the convention early enough to guarantee access to the ballot is a colossal error by the Biden team.
DeWine’s allies in the state legislature are also helping Biden. Senate president Matt Huffman announced, “We agree with the Governor. It is time to protect Ohio’s elections by outlawing foreign campaign contributions, while at the same time fixing the Democratic Party’s error that kept Joe Biden off the November ballot.”
The article continues, “DeWine spokesman Dan Tierney said after the governor spoke that a ‘clean’ House bill that would change the ballot deadline on a permanent basis also could be considered.”
It’s clear that a large number of Ohio Republicans are in on this, and it could be the final boost that puts Joe Biden over the top in the 2024 elections.
It would be fitting if Joe Biden managed to pull off a win thanks to the efforts of Republicans.
