The Left is returning Adam Kinzinger his favor.
He did their dirty work by bashing every Republican and working against the Constitution.
Now he is getting a massive paycheck from the Left to reward him for what he did.
Rep. Adam Kinzinger has been a big-government Republican since the day he entered Congress. He is a strong supporter of the intelligence community and supports their spy programs that target Americans.
He supports gun control and is opposed to free speech. He clearly believes that the Constitution is obsolete, and the U.S. would be better off with a 1984-style Big Brother government.
He is a Republican in the tradition of John McCain and George W. Bush, not Barry Goldwater or Ronald Reagan or Rand Paul. That’s why he hates liberty so much.
Because of that, he has found himself allied with the Left and the Democrats time and time again over the past few years. And now they are rewarding him for his loyalty.
NewsBusters is reporting that Kinzinger has taken a job as a “senior political commentator” on CNN, as announced by CNN host Erin Burnett on her show.
According to the article, “Burnett introduced ‘former Republican Congressman Adam Kinzinger,’ proclaiming: ‘I am pleased to welcome him to CNN. He is appearing tonight for the first time in his new role which is senior political commentator.’”
The managing editor of NewsBusters had this to say: “The fact that Chris Licht’s CNN has hired liberal wine mom simp Adam Kinzinger as not only a political commentator but senior political commentator is proof that nothing has changed at CNN from Zucker. By and large, CNN still hates a large part of the country.”
Kinzinger’s history of supporting big government goes way back. According to WJBC, an Illinois radio news station, Kinzinger was a diehard supporter of the NSA spying on Americans as far back as 2015.
WJBC reported at the time, “You can count one Illinois congressman in favor of allowing the National Security Agency to continue bulk collection of phone records.”
“After a federal appeals court ruled the NSA program wasn’t authorized by the Patriot Act, Congress will have to pass legislation specifically approving the program in order for it to continue. U.S. Rep. Adam Kinzinger (R-Channahon) plans on voting for that authorization, saying it’s an important anti-terrorism tool.”
With views like that, Kinzinger should fit right in at CNN, which has positioned itself as the favorite network of the political establishment and hired intelligence goons like James Clapper as analysts.
This gig will almost certainly pay him an enormous salary and give him a platform to attack the Constitution and the Republican Party.
Kinzinger has been positioning himself for a job like this for years, and now his dream is finally coming true. He will finally get to work at his favorite network alongside his favorite establishment liberals.
But at least he won’t be in Congress anymore to vote for bigger government and less Constitutional rights for the American people.
