Joe Biden is almost certainly going to be the Democrat nominee for president in 2024.
But there are growing signs that he’s on track to lose.
And now, Biden’s political career is in jeopardy thanks to one stunning bribery scandal.
Joe Biden’s Ukrainian bribery scandal is now reaching a fever pitch.
After originally denying any wrongdoing, Biden has since found out that the story isn’t going away.
In fact, he’s being asked point blank about it.
And Biden has no response he can give.
The New York Post reports, “President Biden acted amused Tuesday when asked about the alleged existence of audio recordings of himself and the Ukrainian businessman who allegedly bribed him while he was vice president.
“Are there tapes that you accepted bribes, President Biden? Is that true?” The Post asked Biden as he left an event with US diplomats in the White House East Room.
Biden, 80, stopped mid-stride and turned around with a smile on his face — then seemed to chuckle to himself and shook his head as he turned to walk away without saying a word.”
The fact Biden refused to even deny any wrongdoing is a clear sign this scandal could end up blowing up between now and November 2024.
And in the face of such incredible allegations, this could finally sink Biden’s career for good.
“Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) revealed Monday that a paid FBI source said the same Ukrainian businessman who allegedly paid $5 million apiece in bribes to then-Vice President Biden and his son Hunter in 2015 and 2016 said that he had 15 audio recordings of Hunter and two of Joe Biden that he kept as “insurance.”,” adds the New York Post.
The coverage of Biden’s bribery scandal is vastly different than the treatment federal law enforcement agencies have given towards Donald Trump, who’s currently in the middle of two indictments on what increasingly look like politically-motivated charges against him.
The FBI has done practically nothing to hold Biden accountable for his actions and even went out of their way to protect Hunter Biden from similar investigations.
The New York Post adds, “The informant file accusing Biden of bribery was created in June 2020 after the FBI discovered information provided in 2017 from the same longtime informant.
The informant file alleges that the Bidens were paid bribes to aid the interests of Ukrainian gas company Burisma’s owner Mykola Zlochevsky, according to lawmakers who read it.
House Republicans who read the informant file said last week that it describes how the elder Biden allegedly pushed for the ouster of Ukrainian prosecutor-general Viktor Shokin, who was fired in 2016, in return for the payment. The informant file also makes reference to Burisma seeking to partner with or buy a US energy business, they said.”
It is clear this scandal has only grown since the news first broke.
And with Hunter Biden still under investigation in Delaware, this could end up blowing up in Biden’s face before the next election.
