Joe Biden has been a disaster for the Left-wing media.
Since January, more Americans are dropping Left-wing news than ever before.
And now, one shocking report just showed that the mainstream media in America is now on the brink of disaster.
Joe Biden has been a media repellant almost since before he even took office.
In stark contrast with Donald Trump, Biden has almost completely driven most establishment media away from the White House entirely, as most of these left-leaning outlets want to spend little time covering his presidency in any meaningful way, lest they embarrass the Democrat President.
But the media has suffered a heavy price from avoiding coverage of Joe Biden.
A new study published by Axios shows that partisan media like the New York Times, Washington Post, CNN, and others, has dropped like a rock since Biden took office in January.
What’s more, extreme Left-wing outlets like Slate, Vox, and Mother Jones are now on the brink of disaster.
“In the months since former President Donald Trump left office, media companies’ readership numbers are plunging — and publishers that rely on partisan, ideological warfare have taken an especially big hit.” reports Axios.
The collapse of establishment media can be seen across the entire political spectrum, but Left-wing publishers have been especially hit hard.
Left-leaning outlets have seen most of their social media numbers drop by figures of more than 50% since Biden took office in January, according to Axios’ recent report. Meanwhile, other “moderate” and “mainstream” outlets like CNN and ABC have seen their numbers drop by over 40%.
Looking elsewhere, the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, USA Today and Reuters saw their traffic drop some 18% since the start of the year.
Meanwhile, other fringe Left-wing outlets like Buzzfeed News and The Atlantic have seen their app usage numbers drop by over 25% in the last five months.
But perhaps most surprising, the farthest left outlets, driven by magazines like Mother Jones, which basically serve as a propaganda outlet for the Democrat Party, has seen their online traffic drop some 27% since January.
As for conservative outlets, those have dropped as well, but in a report published by Axios, conservative media expert Howard Polskin expects that “traffic levels to conservative websites will start to rise in the first half of 2022 starting in about February.”
The midterm elections will begin heating up and audiences will be seeking news and insights about the various races.” Polskin said. “That will help drive audience growth. However, I would be surprised if we hit the traffic numbers we saw in 2020.”
Polskin noted that Conservative news outlets have also been driven by a growth in conservative podcasts. Shows like former Army Green Beret Nick Freitas’ “Making the Argument” have grown tremendously since Joe Biden first took office, as conservative listeners have increasingly turned off mainstream media outlets entirely to seek information directly from conservative elected officials and political activists.
