One of the FBI’s biggest vulnerabilities was just exposed.
Rand Paul dealt them a blow they didn’t see coming.
And now, the FBI is scrambling to figure out what to do.
Deep State agencies like the FBI, CIA, and NSA have a major Achilles heel that they are deathly afraid of – whistleblowers.
Back in 2013, Edward Snowden revealed the crimes that the NSA was committing under Barack Obama against the American people.
Had he “gone through the proper channels” like some suggested, the government would have made sure the information was covered up and Snowden would have been fired.
Instead, he did what he had to do – he told the public about it. And now Americans know how much the government is destroying their Constitutional rights.
Now, Rand Paul is calling on more whistleblowers to come forward.
According to a report from the Daily Signal, “Sen. Rand Paul sharply criticized the ‘politicized’ FBI and Department of Justice, calling for more whistleblowers to expose government trampling of American liberties.”
In a quote to the Daily Signal, Paul said, “I think anytime someone is breaking the law in government, it’s a good idea to hear about it. And so, frankly, yes, I think it’s a good idea for people to reveal when the government’s breaking the rules.”
The Intelligence Agencies that make up the core of the Deep State – the FBI, CIA, and NSA – are a closed system of government with no democratic accountability and no checks and balances.
They supposedly “police themselves” to make sure that they are “following the Constitution” – but anyone who pays attention knows how laughable and ridiculous that is.
They do not follow the Constitution, they destroy it. And there is no oversight over these agencies from Congress or anywhere else – they are a separate government unto themselves.
But they depend heavily on secrecy. And when a whistleblower like Snowden comes forward and exposes their dark secrets, they become weakened.
With the FBI now actively pursuing the political enemies of the Democratic Party, the need for a new whistleblower has never been greater than it is right now.
The article continues, “The attorney general (Merrick Garland) had directed the Justice Department and the FBI in early October to investigate allegedly dangerous parents, prompted by a letter from the National School Boards Association, which had been in communication with the White House before the letter was sent.”
Sen. Paul went on to say, “This should worry all of us. My father (former Rep. Ron Paul, R-Texas) warned about this 20 years ago. He said when they passed the Patriot Act and when they began going after terrorists, he said ‘Beware that they’ll use these same devices, these same powers, [this] same ability to snoop on our lives, that they’ll use it on Americans,’ and sure enough, they’re using it on disgruntled parents.”
Paul made reference to Snowden, saying the reason we know about so many of these abuses is “largely because we found out about it because of Edward Snowden.”
America needs new whistleblowers to expose the dark and illegal activity that is happening within the government.
