Adam Schiff was caught doing something unspeakable.
He thought he could get away with this disgusting act towards women.
But one of his fellow Democrats just exposed him for his behavior.
Like so many other progressive Democrats, Adam Schiff claims to be a defender of “social justice” for women.
He loves making big public pronouncements about his support for women, like the press release from his office where he says he’s bringing “attention the longstanding pattern of criminalization of people on the basis of their pregnancies and pregnancy outcomes that has intensified in the wake of Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization” – whatever that means.
However, behind the scenes, Schiff is nothing more than a self-serving politician looking to climb the ladder.
If he were a true progressive who wanted women to be more “represented” in Congress, he would step aside for one of the women in the Senate race.
But instead, he’s actively trying to defeat them and take the seat right out of their hands.
Now, one of his fellow Democrats is calling him out for attacking the women in the race.
According to the Washington Examiner, “Rep. Katie Porter (D-CA) bashed her Senate primary opponent, Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA), for attempting to move past his two chief Democratic opponents in the Golden State‘s ‘jungle primary’ next month.”
“Schiff released an advertisement pitting himself against Republican Steve Garvey, who has moved into second place in recent polling. Because of California’s ‘jungle primary,’ the top two finishers in the March contest, regardless of political party, will advance to the general election. Porter claimed, in response to the video, that Schiff is trying to block her and Rep. Barbara Lee (D-CA) out of the primary race.”
Of course, men have every right to run for elected office, just as women do. But progressives think women should be given preferential opportunities to make up for the injustices of the “patriarchy.”
So they’re turning against Adam Schiff for trying to take the Senate seat of a powerful woman – Dianne Feinstein – and for attacking his female opponents over it.
The article continues, “Schiff’s post painted Garvey as one of the ‘two leading candidates’ in the race, ignoring Porter and Lee. The video attempts to tie Garvey to former President Donald Trump and ‘far-right conservatives.’ Most recent polls have shown Garvey contending for or in second place behind Schiff.”
Schiff doesn’t actually care about women or “social justice” or “equal rights.”
He cares about advancing his own political career.
And if he does in fact win the seat, it will show that his “progressive” credentials are nothing more than theater.
