Joe Biden may have to leave the White House after this sudden health crisis came to light.
He’s been hanging on as long as he could.
But it looks like he won’t be able to continue serving any longer.
The Biden administration has had less transparency than possibly any administration in the history of the United States.
People have voiced endless concerns about Joe Biden’s health and mental acuity only to be stonewalled by his spokespeople and administration.
Now, they’ve been caught in yet another scandal surrounding a serious health crisis.
Apparently, Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin was admitted to the hospital on January 1st, however the Pentagon neglected to inform anyone else about what was going on – even Biden himself – until four days later.
Now the scandal is reaching the very top and Biden’s Pentagon is being scrutinized by Republicans as more information comes out.
According to Breitbart, “The top Republican on the Senate Armed Services Committee, Sen. Roger Wicker, slammed the Pentagon for its ‘shocking defiance of the law’ after it failed to disclose Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin’s hospitalization to the president, the National Security Council, and Congress for several days, and called for a briefing from the administration ‘immediately.’”
“Austin was admitted to the hospital on January 1, following complications after an ‘elective medical procedure,’ but reportedly did not tell National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan until Thursday, January 4. Sullivan then reportedly told President Joe Biden.”
“I am glad to hear Secretary Austin is in improved condition and I wish him a speedy recovery. However, the fact remains that the Department of Defense deliberately withheld the Secretary of Defense’s medical condition for days. That is unacceptable. We are learning more every hour about the Department’s shocking defiance of the law,” Senator Wicker stated.
“When one of the country’s two National Command Authorities is unable to perform their duties, military families, Members of Congress, and the American public deserve to know the full extent of the circumstances. Members must be briefed on a full accounting of the facts immediately.”
Perhaps Austin didn’t want the public to know about his health issues, but if that’s the case, then he should not serve as the Secretary of Defense.
The American people have a right to know if the people in charge of their national safety are incapable of performing those duties.
Now Biden is having to answer serious questions about why this type of deceptive culture has been allowed under his leadership.
And with impeachment proceedings heating up, Republicans are preparing to use this as another reason to force him out of the White House.
