Hunter Biden got a lucky break.
He just made a sweetheart deal with the Justice Department.
And now he’s hoping one friendly judge will let him off easy.
Everything keeps conveniently working out for Hunter.
All of the strings are being pulled to keep him out of trouble despite having engaged in shady activities for years – from doing corrupt business deals with tyrannical foreign governments, to making reckless decisions in his personal life.
In fact, it’s starting to look like the entire “investigation” by federal law enforcement was a complete sham.
While Republicans in Congress are continuing to investigate Hunter Biden, the DOJ appears to have backed off and given him a sweetheart deal.
And now Hunter’s lucked out once again as the judge who will preside over his case is friendly with the Democrats.
According to Fox News, “A Delaware judge who garnered support from a close Biden ally in Dec. 2017 will preside over Hunter Biden’s federal criminal tax case in Delaware, the Justice Department announced last week.”
“U.S. District Court Judge Maryellen Noreika will oversee Biden’s plea hearing, which is slated for a month from Monday on July 26 at 10 a.m. E.T.”
While Noreika was appointed by Donald Trump, she’s been close to the Democrats ever since.
The article continues, “Upon being nominated to the post by Trump in December 2017, Noreika, a former patent attorney out of Delaware, received support from Delaware Sens. Chris Coons and Tom Carper.”
Clearly Noreika has some connections in Delaware – where the Biden family has essentially run the state for a generation.
If Hunter really does get off the hook, it will be a disaster for our criminal justice system, as he’s been dealing corruptly for years.
The article continues, “According to emails from Hunter’s abandoned laptop, which have been verified by Fox News Digital, Coons met with Hunter and his longtime business partner Eric Schwerin in June 2010, just weeks before Hunter started hosting fundraising events for the future senator. On June 26, 2010, Coons emailed Hunter thanking him for their meeting earlier in the week.”
Hunter Biden needs to be held accountable for what he’s done in the past.
There cannot be two standards of justice – one for the children of powerful politicians and one for everybody else.
Hunter Biden thought he was above the law, and it would be terrible if the Justice Department and Judge Noreika proves he was right about that.
