This is a disaster in the making for Kamala Harris.
Her political future is on the line.
And she was just informed about something that could ruin all of her plans.
Despite the fact she’s not a good political candidate, Kamala Harris is still being discussed as someone who has a bright future in politics.
Her name has been thrown around for another 2028 presidential run or maybe a run for Governor of California as a stepping stone.
And even though she’s a large reason for the Democrats massive defeat last fall, which they’re still reeling from, they simply don’t have anyone else to lead them.
But as the reasons behind Harris’s unpopularity start coming more into focus, her political career just may not be viable no matter how hard Democrats try to force it.
According to Vox, “Democrats have spent months debating how and why they lost the 2024 election. But the full picture of what happened on Election Day is only now coming into view.”
“Few pollsters boast a larger data set than Blue Rose — the company conducted 26 million voter interviews in 2024. And the firm’s leader, David Shor, might be the most influential data scientist in the Democratic Party.”
Shor is certainly a liberal, but he’s also known for being objective and isn’t shy about telling Democrats when they are out of step with the views of the American public.
“To move beyond the why, this shift in the partisanship of politically disengaged voters has a really important implication: For most of the last 15 years, we’ve really lived in this world where the mantra was ‘If everybody votes, we win.’ But we’re now at a point where the more people vote, the better Republicans do,” Shor stated.
“Fundamentally, 40 percent of the country identifies as conservative. Roughly 40 percent is moderate, 20 percent is liberal, though it depends exactly how you ask it. Sometimes it’s 25 percent liberal. But the reality is that, to the extent that Democrats try to polarize the electorate on self-described ideology, this is just something that plays into the hands of Republicans.”
Democrats didn’t lose the election because not enough radical leftist voters showed up to vote.
They lost because moderate voters abandoned them.
The extreme positions Democrats take on issues like transgender surgeries on children, biological men playing in women’s sports, and wide open borders are a turnoff for them.
Only 20-25 percent of the country is actually that radically liberal.
And Kamala Harris represents that percentage.
And it’s why she lost in November and it’s why she’ll likely lose if she runs in 2028.
