This was the most catastrophic news Joe Biden could have received.
His allies are fleeing like rats on a sinking ship.
And one of the most powerful Democrat Senators has shockingly abandoned Biden.
Joe Biden’s 2024 campaign is reeling like never before and his fellow Democrats can see it’s headed in a fatal direction.
That’s why they are now distancing themselves from Biden and criticizing him in a way that they never would have done if his re-election campaign in 2024 were looking stronger.
John Fetterman, in particular, has shown a willingness to speak truths about his fellow Democrats that hasn’t made his party leaders very happy.
He did so with Senator Bob Menendez who is facing serious charges. Fetterman exclaimed he thought Menendez should be kicked out of the Senate altogether.
Now, he is going directly after Joe Biden for his tepid support for the interests of Israel in their war against Hamas.
Fetterman threw down the gauntlet in a bombshell interview with Fox News. Newsweek reports: “Pennsylvania Senator John Fetterman criticized President Joe Biden for pausing a shipment of arms to Israel.”
“The Biden administration halted a shipment of thousands of bombs to Israel last week amid concerns over its plan to launch a full-scale assault on the southern Gazan city of Rafah, several outlets reported on Tuesday.” “It is the first known instance of a pause in U.S. military aid to Israel since Hamas’ attack on Israel on October 7, which killed more than 1,200 people. In the months since, the U.S. had accelerated the transfer of weapons to its ally even as Israel’s offensive in Gaza has left much of it in ruins and more than 34,000 Palestinians killed, according to the Associated Press.”
in his interview with Fox News, Fetterman was clear about his support for Israel.
“I don’t think we should be withholding any kind of munitions, and I think, I said, I think we need to send them immediately… Israel is in this kind of a war, and we, I have no conditions, I never have, and I can’t imagine I ever will,” Fetterman stated.
“If there should be any kind of conditions, it should be on Hamas and its [enablers] and its benefactors.”
This was not what Democrats want to hear, but it’s the truth. Biden has not been a reliable supporter of Israel against terrorism.
Even if one disagrees with the Israeli government on certain things, they obviously don’t deserve to be targeted by terrorist groups.
Fetterman has been very transparent about that. But Biden has waffled under pressure from the far-left to abandon Israel.
And Fetterman was not afraid to call him out for it on national TV.
