If people knew what Kamala Harris did in secret they would be outraged.
That’s why the Harris campaign wanted to keep this under wraps.
But CNN was forced to admit the truth about what really took place.
Democrats are scrambling to make Kamala Harris an acceptable candidate to the American people despite her myriad of political flaws and weaknesses.
She is not a particularly good candidate, as evidenced by the fact that she crashed and burned when she tried to run for president back in 2020.
But now she is the only option that the Democrats are left with, and they are trying to sell her to the public as an inspiring new leader.
Apparently, their strategy in doing this is to keep her from having to take any specific policy positions, at least as much as they can avoid it.
Even Jake Tapper from CNN had to admit that they were doing this intentionally.
And if Americans knew the lengths the Harris campaign was going to in order to keep them in the dark about Harris’s real views, they would be outraged to find out.
According to Breitbart, “On Monday’s broadcast of CNN’s ‘The Lead,’ host Jake Tapper stated that the Democratic Party’s platform is written in a way that ‘allows Vice President Harris to stay vague, stay unspecific.’”
“Tapper further stated that the GOP platform is ‘like a leaflet.’”
Tapper is just as left-wing as any other CNN host, but he does occasionally have moments of clarity where he will admit something that is blindingly true, but that doesn’t help the Democrats.
This appears to be another example of that.
Here is what Tapper had to say: “I think, in talking to some folks, the idea of reopening the platform to try to fit in, not yet fully developed Kamala Harris policies while they were quickly changing, they thought they would be opening a can of worms, right? And that there would be, all of a sudden, some fights about what goes in the platform, and they wanted to avoid that at all costs. So, they’re willing to take the hit on the fact that the platform is sort of a relic of the Biden era, because it’s a non-binding thing.”
“And we should note that this also allows Vice President Harris to stay vague, stay unspecific. [And say] that’s from the Biden platform. That’s not ours. And you can’t really attack her on that, given the fact that Donald Trump didn’t even have a platform in 2020.”
It’s not clear from his statement if Tapper actually thinks this is a bad or not, but most Americans certainly would not be happy with a candidate intentionally hiding their views.
After all, what Harris is doing here is trying to fool Americans into making an uninformed decision when they go to the polls in November.
She hopes they will pull the lever for her without knowing her real views. It remains to be seen whether she will be right about that.
