Joe Biden’s on a rampage.
He’s unleashing America’s premier law enforcement agencies against his political enemies.
And now, the Biden FBI just crossed a major red line.
Joe Biden has done the unthinkable.
After nearly a decade since the first major scandal involving a major government agency targeting conservative groups for political purposes when the IRS under Barack Obama was found working to undermine multiple conservative groups across America, Biden is now following in his footsteps.
The development comes after the FBI raises Mar-a-Lago, home of President Donald Trump.
Supposedly, the agency was trying to recover classified material that was apparently in the personal possession of Trump in violation of American law.
But now, days after the raid, major cracks are emerging in the FBI’s story.
Xxx reports, “The Justice Department objected on Monday to making public the affidavit used to justify the search of former President Donald J. Trump’s home in Florida, saying its release would “compromise future investigative steps” and “likely chill” cooperation with witnesses.
In a 13-page pleading, filed in a federal court in southern Florida in response to requests by The New York Times and other news organizations to make public the evidence included in the document, prosecutors suggested that the department has undertaken a broad, intensive inquiry into Mr. Trump’s handling of some of the most secret documents of the government after he left office.”
It’s clear now that the official story behind why the FBI raided Mar-a-Lago is beginning to come undone.
And what’s more, the justification the Department of Justice used for the raid is also coming under fire.
The fact that the DOJ is refusing to release the affidavit that was used to secure the search warrant is telling.
That’s because the media had already been told that the raid was conducted to secure classified information that wasn’t supposed to be at Trump’s house.
But if that were the case, then the reasons for the DOJ to refuse to release the affidavit are invalid.
“The prosecutors acknowledged interviewing witnesses in connection with the investigation of Mr. Trump’s retention of the material. They also wrote that releasing the document could compromise the continuing investigation.
Mr. Garland agreed last week to release the warrant used to search Mr. Trump’s private club, but has resisted attempts to make public the underlying affidavit, a far more sensitive document that should contain, among other things, the reasons prosecutors believe there was probable cause that evidence of a crime could be found at Mar-a-Lago, Mr. Trump’s estate in Palm Beach, Fla.,” adds Xxx.
By refusing to release the affidavit, Garland has shown his hand.
Not only has the FBI raided Trump’s house in an effort to tarnish his reputation, but the DOJ signed off on it in what appears to be a direct political-based attack on Trump by the current powers that be in Washington, possibly due to the fact that Trump appears set to run for President again in 2024.
