Joe Biden is a danger to America and to global security.
He does whatever the Military-Industrial Complex tells him to.
Now, he has sold weapons to a dangerous regime that is allied with China.
Saudi Arabia is a dictatorship run by the Saudi royal family. They have a long history of bad behavior, from committing mass murder in Yemen, to the gruesome killing of a journalist named Jamal Khashoggi.
They also repress their people at home, with authoritarian laws based on Sharia that lead to the oppression of women, gay people, and all kinds of other people.
And they have treated the United States horribly as well. Just a few weeks ago, they threatened to tank the U.S. dollar by pricing their oil sales to China in yuan, which is the Chinese currency.
This, of course, would threaten the U.S. dollar’s status as the world’s reserve currency, which would destroy the U.S. economy and likely drive our country into default on our $30 trillion debt.
But none of that matters to Joe Biden. He wants Raytheon and Lockheed Martin to make money, because they donated big money to his campaign.
So now he has decided to sell Patriot missiles to the Saudis, so that they can continue their war crimes and threaten the countries around them.
According to the Wall Street Journal, “The Saudi military had been appealing to the U.S. since late last year for more Patriot interceptors.”
“The decision to go ahead with the arms transfer was part of an effort by the Biden administration to rebuild its relationship with Riyadh. Among other things, the U.S. hopes Saudi Arabia will pump more oil to mitigate soaring crude prices, officials said.”
Biden is trying to chase a relationship with the Saudi royal family, who clearly want nothing to do with him anymore. They sell more oil to China than to the U.S., so they’ve decided to be allies with China now.
But Biden just won’t let it go.
“In an effort to repair the breach, the White House unsuccessfully tried to arrange calls between President Biden and Prince Mohammed in early February,” reported the Wall Street Journal.
So Biden is trying to call the prince, over and over again, but he just won’t pick up the phone.
Part of the reason Biden wants a relationship with the Saudi royal family so badly is because the U.S. weapons industry depends on Saudi Arabia for a big portion of their profits.
The U.S. has been selling weapons to Saudi Arabia for years, and companies like Raytheon and General Dynamics have stood to gain from these sales.
These companies supported Joe Biden to the tune of hundreds of thousands of dollars during his campaign, and now he is repaying them for their support.
But of course, the Military-Industrial Complex has hurt the U.S. in an indescribable number of ways, by lobbying for wars that have cost the U.S. immensely.
The U.S. would stand to learn from the past and reject the influence of the Military-Industrial Complex, but it seems Joe Biden is going in the complete opposite direction.
