One sick comment about children just landed Adam Schiff in major hot water.
He’s going to have to pay the consequences for what he did.
Adam Schiff was caught making a creepy comment about a children’s book.
One would think Adam Schiff would have bigger things to worry about as a Congressman and candidate for U.S. Senate than a children’s book.
But apparently he’s been spending his time reading children’s books.
He found one he didn’t like and now he is very upset about it.
The book Schiff doesn’t like was written by Rep. Anna Paulina Luna of Florida, who is a mother and a Congresswoman.
She wanted parents to have a conservative children’s book to give their kids as an alternative to the progressive propaganda.
But as Schiff was reading this book, the conservative messaging sent him up a wall.
And he took to Twitter to blast this children’s book, rant about Rep. Luna, and attack her for having the audacity to even write it.
According to the Western Journal, Schiff “suggested that a new children’s book co-authored by Republican Rep. Anna Paulina Luna of Florida contains lies.”
“Last month, Brave Books published ‘The Legend of Naranja,’ co-written by Luna and her husband, Andrew Gamberzky.”
The article goes on to say, “’The Legend of Naranja’ ‘tells the story of an epic foot race between Señor Banana and Naranja to become the next president of ‘Fruitland,’ a fictitious island populated by various fruits.’”
It sounds like a relatively silly and harmless children’s book. But Schiff, who’s apparently a children’s book connoisseur, even though he is a middle-aged man, got extremely worked up about it.
Here’s what he posted on Twitter: “Remember Anna Paulina Luna, the architect of the sham resolution to censure me? Well – she’s written a children’s book. Filled with lies about the 2020 presidential election — that try to teach kids that Democrats stole the election. You truly can’t make this stuff up.”
Of course, that’s not what the book is really about as one user reminded Schiff: “No, the book teaches kids about the importance of doing the right thing, even if it means sacrificing one’s own ambitions.”
Schiff has a grudge against Rep. Luna because she tried to censure him for the various lies that he’s told the American people as a member of Congress.
He is furious his lies got exposed and was held to account for telling them.
So he’s taking it out on a children’s book.
