Kamala Harris should have picked a different running mate.
Tim Walz is not the kind of person who should be in the White House.
And he just admitted something about himself that could cost Kamala Harris everything.
The debate between Tim Walz and J.D. Vance was an outright disaster for Democrats.
The media, which had been hyping-up the Harris-Waltz ticket, can’t defend them anymore.
Now the negative headlines are pouring in and Democrats are frantic about what’s going to happen in next month’s election if things don’t turn around quickly.
Harris has her own set of problems that make her unqualified to be President.
But what Walz admitted about himself during the debate was shocking.
Walz admitted in front of millions of people that he can be “a knucklehead at times.”
Who wants to vote for a self-described “knucklehead”?
Voters don’t want to have to wonder whether Walz is going to make a “knucklehead” decision when dealing with Iran or Russia or China.
According to Politico, “It’s unclear whether Walz’s verbal errors will undercut his credibility with voters. But the need to continually clean up those claims could politically hurt Walz and Harris, who are locked in a tight race with Donald Trump and JD Vance. And in some cases, key members of Harris’ circle weren’t aware of some of the inaccurate statements until they became public despite the vetting process, according to four people familiar with the conversations who were granted anonymity to discuss the matter.”
“Democrats in recent weeks have had to downplay and defend some of Walz’s past inaccurate comments, including about his military rank. Illinois Gov. J.B. Pritzker classified the comments as Walz ‘misspeaking on occasion’ over the course of his career.”
Unfortunately for Walz, voters are going to hold him to a higher standard than that.
His debate performance was just about the worst introduction to voters that he could have possibly had.
Harris and Walz were relying on the liberal media to boost them to victory but now even Politico is throwing them under the bus.
