The globalists are trying to take back the Republican Party.
They hate Trump supporters and their America First views.
Now, a leading Republican just designated Trump supporters as terrorists.
President George W. Bush was the last Republican president before Trump. He is famous for being president during the 9/11 attacks, and then using the attacks as a pretext to take Americans’ freedom away.
Bush gave a speech at the Flight 93 Memorial in Shanksville, Pennsylvania. This is the location where Flight 93 went down after passengers heroically wrested control of the plane away.
You would think a sacred location like this would be free from politics, but Bush did not see it that way. He used the speech as an opportunity to slam Trump supporters and call for them to be prosecuted as terrorists.
He even compared the 9/11 attacks to the January 6th riot.
Needless to say, this comparison is ludicrous. The 9/11 attacks killed 2,977 innocent people, injured thousands more, and caused the two biggest buildings in New York to crumble down on the city below them as people jumped to their death.
The January 6th riot, although violent at times, killed nobody.
No one is defending the January 6th riot. Those who broke into the Capitol should be punished. But Bush’s comparison is one of the most insane things that has ever come out of the mouth of a politician.
The remarks from President Bush delighted Democrats, including some of the most rabid and deranged among them, like Keith Olbermann.
Olbermann tweeted: “Even George W. Bush now recognizes Trump, his supporters and those who directly participated in the 1/6 Coup attempt are terrorists – surely as the 9/11 ones were. I’ll say it again: Trump damaged America in a way Bin Laden only dreamed of.”
Olbermann, of course, is the person who once called for Amy Coney Barrett to be arrested, for the heinous crime of being nominated to the Supreme Court by Donald Trump.
On Tucker Carlson’s show, independent journalist Glenn Greenwald commented on Bush’s speech, and how liberals have been praising him.
“This weekend, it turned into this lovefest. They dripped with effusive praise for him because what he said there, that the 9/11 attacks that he was there to commemorate, were the same as the 3 hour riot on January 6th.”
He then went on to explain that American liberals desperately want a reign of terror against conservatives in America, complete with extrajudicial drone strikes, indefinite detention, torture, and massive amounts of surveillance.
“A domestic war on terror against your fellow citizens is music to the ears of American liberals because they want nothing more than a new Domestic War on Terror, than treating their political adversaries like the Bush administration treated al Qaeda.”
Bush’s speech may not seem like a big deal. After all, he’s no longer the President, and hasn’t been for more than 10 years.
However, his remarks represent the views of both the entire Democratic Party, and the establishment of the Republican Party.
Many elected Republicans, such as Liz Cheney, Nikki Haley, and Dan Crenshaw, still represent the “Bush wing” of the Republican Party.
If conservatives don’t wake up to the threat from within the Republican Party, from the Bush wing, they will pay a devastating price.
