The Senate GOP just issued one shocking report about COVID.
And the results point to one thing.
Now, this congressional report has blown the mainstream media’s narrative on COVID wide open.
For years, talk of COVID originating in a Chinese lab was labeled “misinformation” and liable to get someone banned or deplatformed on social media sites like Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube.
But now, after nearly three years since the virus emerged on the world stage, a new congressional report authored by the Senate Republican conference revealed that the so-called “lab leak theory” may actually be true.
Fox News reports, “A controversial new Senate report led by North Carolina Republican Sen. Richard Burr was released Thursday. The interim report argues that the “likely” origin of the COVID-19 pandemic was a “research-related incident” in China.”
The results of this report are nothing short of astonishing.
Not only did the Senate report conclude that the most likely origin for the virus was a gain of function lab in China, but the results here disprove a long-held narrative parroted by the mainstream media and Big Tech corporations that any discussions about the origin of the virus were acts of “disinformation.”
Now, it seems more likely than ever that the lab leak hypothesis was true all along.
The Senate report concludes, “While precedent of previous outbreaks of human infections from contact with animals favors the hypothesis that a natural zoonotic spillover is responsible for the origin of SARS-CoV-2, the emergence of SARS-CoV-2 that resulted in the COVID-19 pandemic was most likely the result of a research-related incident. This conclusion is not intended to be dispositive. The lack of transparency from government and public health officials in the PRC with respect to the origins of SARS-CoV-2 prevents reaching a more definitive conclusion.”
In just a matter of a few words, this new Congressional report sheds light on something which millions of Americans had already strongly believed to be true, but where largely banned from discussing or sharing in any online setting.
And now, the same media censors that spent years clamping down on this theory should answer for their repeated attempts to silence a legitimate hypothesis regarding the true origins of the Coronavirus pandemic.
Not only did the media carry water for the Chinese Communist Party, which stands to lose a tremendous amount of public credibility on the world stage should the lab leak theory be true, but they also have to answer for the fact that they were covering for Dr. Anthony Fauci, who repeatedly denied these theories largely because of his own support for gain-of-function research.
“In a release, the Senate Health, Education, Labor and Pensions (HELP) Committee, of which Burr is ranking member, says there is “substantial evidence” suggesting that this was the cause of the pandemic, and that a research-related incident is consistent with early epidemiology showing the spread of the virus in the same district as the Wuhan Institute of Virology,” concludes Fox News.
