Biden just admitted that the pandemic was never supposed to end.
He is going to keep America under a brutal lockdown for the rest of his presidency.
And now, Americans are facing a dark future of having their freedom taken away permanently.
As he was getting his booster shot, a reporter asked Joe Biden a simple question: “How many Americans need to be vaccinated for us to get back to normal?”
Biden’s answer was this: “97% or 98%.”
That answer from Joe Biden made one thing clear: he never intends on letting America get back to normal.
There is almost zero chance that 97% or 98% of Americans will get vaccinated.
In fact, even in dictatorships that mandate vaccinations, the total percentage doesn’t even get close to 97% or 98%.
For example, in Turkmenistan, a country that has made vaccination mandatory for all citizens age 18 and older, the actual vaccination rate is still under 50%.
But now Joe Biden is vowing to keep America under brutal lockdown measures until it reaches a totally unrealistic vaccination number.
From the beginning of the pandemic, it was clear what the goal really was.
The political and public health establishment wanted a permanent state of emergency, one that would justify an unprecedented use of government power and restrict people’s daily activities in a way that’s never been done before.
For the public health establishment, their motivations were clear – they thought that if Americans were locked in their homes for the rest of their lives, and muzzled with masks at all hours of the day, there would be no more spread of disease.
As professional epidemiologists, their lives are dedicated to stopping the spread of disease, which is wonderful.
But because their entire lives are so narrowly focused on that one thing, many of them are incapable of considering the different trade-offs that are necessary to have a functioning society.
If Americans were all locked down forever, disease probably wouldn’t spread as much. That is true.
But society would collapse. People would not be able to feed themselves. Life would hardly be worth living.
That’s why we take risks and make trade-offs, such as driving to work every day (and risking a potential car accident) in order to pay our bills and feed our families.
For the political establishment, the motivations were clear as well. They wanted to use COVID in the same way they used 9/11: as an excuse to seize more power and chip away at the Constitution.
The Constitution is extremely inconvenient for their ambitions, and they know that the best way to chip away at it is to whip the population into a state of fear.
In the early 2000s, that fear was directed at terrorism. Even though the likelihood of dying in a terrorist attack is 1/30 million, which is less than the chance of being suffocated by one’s own clothes, they made everyday Americans think they were in serious danger.
And they used it to grab more power. Just like Joe Biden and Anthony Fauci are doing now.
When a politician tells you to be scared, consider what might be in it for them if you believe it.
