Ron DeSantis is about to find out the truth about Fauci.
He is investigating the lies that were told about the vaccines.
And now Fauci is furious that DeSantis would dare to look into his activities.
Ron DeSantis has been Fauci’s arch-nemesis since the beginning of the pandemic, alongside Sen. Rand Paul.
DeSantis refused to shut down Florida in 2020 when Fauci demanded it, and kept the state open even as the Trump administration called for states to remain closed.
Fauci was furious about this, and he has kept a grudge against DeSantis ever since. But DeSantis hasn’t budged.
Now that Fauci is retiring, he is hoping to quietly fade into the sunset without anybody finding out what he’s been hiding.
But DeSantis is not going to let it go so easily. According to Politico, “Gov. Ron DeSantis on Tuesday asked the Florida Supreme Court to empanel a grand jury to investigate ‘wrongdoing’ linked to the Covid-19 vaccines, including spreading false and misleading claims about the efficacy of the doses.”
“DeSantis said during a live-streamed round table discussion with Florida Surgeon General Joseph Ladapo that it’s against Florida law to mislead the public, especially when it comes to drug safety.”
“In a petition to the state Supreme Court asking for the grand jury, the DeSantis administration said that the ‘pharmaceutical industry has a notorious history of misleading the public for financial gain’ and the grand jury will probe ‘the development, promotion, and distribution of vaccines purported to prevent COVID-19 infection, symptoms, and transmission.’”
Fauci, of course, was an integral part of the campaign for vaccination. Many also suspect that Fauci has financial ties to the companies that manufacture the vaccines.
These are all things that DeSantis intends to find out through this upcoming grand jury investigation.
Fauci was furious when he found out about this. He lashed out in a television interview he conducted soon after DeSantis made his announcement.
According to The Hill, “Outgoing White House medical adviser Anthony Fauci said Wednesday that he ‘doesn’t have a clue’ what Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis hopes to accomplish by calling for a state grand jury investigation into alleged ‘crimes’ related to COVID-19 vaccines.”
It should be pretty clear what DeSantis hopes to accomplish. He hopes to expose Dr. Fauci and all of those who were responsible for the misery of 2020-2022.
Fauci’s backlash should be a pretty clear signal to DeSantis that he is getting near the target. After all, Fauci had a similar backlash against Sen. Rand Paul when he exposed him in front of the U.S. Senate.
Fauci is nervous because he has a lot to hide. Information has already come out about his ties to the Wuhan Lab, and there is surely more to come.
DeSantis has shown that he doesn’t back down from these types of fights, and Fauci’s protestations are highly unlikely to stop DeSantis from pursuing this.
And hopefully DeSantis can get to the bottom of what happened with the vaccines, and make sure nothing like it ever happens again in this country.
