Joe Biden is seriously afraid of one leading Republican.
He doesn’t want Ron DeSantis to run for President.
And one poll just showed why Biden’s fears are justified.
From the time he took office, Gov. Ron DeSantis of Florida has consistently polled as the toughest Republican opponent for Joe Biden in 2024.
And that trend has continued. A new poll of the state of Nevada was released, and it showed DeSantis with a comfortable lead over Biden.
According to The Hill, when asked about a DeSantis vs. Biden matchup, “The Florida governor received around 43 percent while Biden received 38 percent. Roughly 11 percent said they would vote for someone else.”
Biden is rightly terrified of him. He knows that not only could he embarrass him in the general election, but a President DeSantis would be a right-wing warrior in the mold of Ronald Reagan.
Reagan, of course, famously wiped out Jimmy Carter after his disastrous administration, and ushered in a new era of conservatism for the United States.
Biden knows that DeSantis could have the exact same effect on the country, and he is doing everything he can to stop him.
But DeSantis keeps piling up victories, and Republican voters have noticed.
In June, a New Hampshire poll showed DeSantis leading former president Trump 39% to 37%.
And according to a Newsweek article, “Republican voters also thought DeSantis has a better chance of beating Joe Biden at the next election than the former president does, the New Hampshire poll revealed.”
More recently, another poll was released that measured the opinions of the state of Florida, where both DeSantis and Trump reside.
The Newsweek article continued, “DeSantis is the clear winner over Donald Trump among Florida Republicans when asked who they would like as the GOP presidential nominee in 2024.”
“The survey, conducted by Blueprint Polling, found 50.9 percent of those asked back or lean towards the Florida governor, with the former president behind on 38.6 percent.”
“When broken down to just those who are firm on their stance, DeSantis’ lead extends to nearly 14 points (47.6 percent to 33.2 percent) in a scenario in which the pair ended up as the final two choices in the GOP primary.”
Picking the right person to face up against Joe Biden is going to be an incredibly important decision for Republicans to make in the 2024 primary.
While Trump is likely to run for a third time, DeSantis offers the exact same fighting spirit and America First policies that Trump does, only without all of Trump’s baggage.
He has fought back against Disney and their insane woke agenda targeted at children, and even took away their special government zoning privileges.
And when COVID was raging and Anthony Fauci was ordering all of the states to lock down, Ron DeSantis stood alone and made Florida the freest state in the nation.
Furthermore, he has consistently shown himself to be the most likely candidate to defeat Joe Biden.
And of course, defeating Joe Biden is a national emergency. There is no sense in taking a chance on someone who might not be able to defeat him.
If Joe Biden is in office until 2028, America is in serious trouble. He absolutely needs to be defeated in the next election. And the evidence clearly shows that Ron DeSantis is the most likely to do it.
