The backlash against Critical Race Theory has just begun.
Across the country, states are taking action to ban the Marxist re-write of American history.
And now, Democrats are panicking as Critical Race Theory could tank their chances of winning in 2022.
With the explosion in new Left-wing pressures to implement Critical Race Theory in public schools, government agencies, and even private corporations across America, a backlash of epic proportions has finally begun to unfold.
Critical Race Theory, a subset of Marxist “Critical Theory”, stresses that the top driving factor in virtually all aspects of American life, culture, politics, and economics over the past 400 years has been race.
Under the doctrine, the United States is portrayed as a deeply racist nation with systemic White Supremacy built into the very “DNA” of the country, since before the Declaration of Independence was even written.
However, while certain elements of the far-Left have begun pushing for its adoption, it appears as if the general public is overwhelmingly against Critical Race Theory, and want to see it banned from being promoted by the Government.
Opinion polls overwhelmingly portray Critical Race Theory as one of the least popular Left-wing proposals in America today, and now, an avalanche of states are taking action to ban it within state government agencies and public schools.
States that have already passed legislation or issued legal opinions to ban Critical Race Theory in public schools include Arkansas, Florida, Iowa, Idaho, Montana, Oklahoma, and Tennessee.
Kentucky, Maine, Michigan, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Utah, and West Virginia have all seen legislation or resolutions put forward to ban the practice in state schools or government agencies.
Meanwhile, New Hampshire is set to ban Critical Race Theory through the state budget, and bar state contracts, grants, and training programs from going to any organization that promotes the ideology. Texas’s ban of Critical Race Theory has already been sent to the Governor for his signature.
Well over half of the country, including virtually every state carried by President Donald Trump in 2016 and in 2020, have introduced legislation to ban the practice within their state governments.
The upswell of public support against Critical Race Theory is now pointing to a backlash against Democrats in the 2022 elections, with a recent uproar against the Marxist indoctrination taking place in Loudoun County Virginia, an affluent suburb of Washington, D.C. where a Democrat-dominated school board is in the process of trying to implement CRT in Loudoun County’s public schools.
Fox News reports, “Loudoun has repeatedly made national headlines for conflicts of wokeness and social justice at school board meetings. On Tuesday, local mom Xi Van Fleet, a survivor of China’s decade-long Cultural Revolution who immigrated to the U.S. in her 20s, excoriated the school board during a public meeting and compared CRT directly to Mao Zedong’s purge of anyone and anything deemed “counterrevolutionary” by the Communist Party.”
“Parents in Loudoun County are fired up,” said one Loudoun County parent to Fox News. “They’ve been out all day, every day trying to end the culture of fear and intimidation infecting Loudoun County Public Schools. And now teachers are joining them and saying – enough. We cannot teach this religion of divisions anymore.”
The first test in the political backlash against Critical Race Theory could be taking place in Virginia this fall, as the state’s election for Governor is among the first major elections to take place under the Biden administration.
